The crypto market has been volatile for the past few weeks. This is being affected by the growing tension between some countries and major partners. The market value of Bitcoin, the largest by market capitalization claim, is up 1.6 percent on Tuesday, with the international market value being around $ 58,910 per pound.

The crypto market has also risen due to the lack of mention of regulations in the discussion between US presidential candidate Donald Trump and electric gadgets (EV) maker Tesla CEO Elon Musk. Some analysts associated with this market expected the Republican Party to double its support to contest the presidential election. If inflation remains high in the US in July consumer traders, then the value of concern decreases.

The second-largest demon Ether was up nearly 0.9 percent at around $2,651. Demons like Solana and XRP have seen their markets rise. Crypto-related firms in India are awaiting a regulatory framework to grow their business in a safe and legal manner. However, the central government has no plans to regulate this realm. The European Union (EU) and the UAE have laid down rules for cryptocurrencies.

In a recent written reply in the Lok Sabha, Finance Minister Pankaj Chaudhary said that there is no proposal to enact a law to regulate the purchase and sale of virtual assets in the near future. Miniomi GM Harish Balayogi discussed the government’s stand on this section. He had asked whether the government has any proposal to make rules to regulate cryptocurrencies. In response to this, Chaudhary had said, “There is no proposal to regulate the purchase and sale of virtual digital assets to enact a law. However, the Special Financial Unit (FIU) has been empowered to conduct special supervision such as anti-money laundering.” During its presidency of the G20 last year, India had taken the support of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Federal Stability Board (FSB) with the aim of drafting a law related to crypto for all members of the G20 group.
