  • 1 Ripe Starfruit kamarakh, chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh coriander leaves
  • 2-3 Clove Garlic
  • 2 Green chilly
  • 1/2 small spoon Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 small spoon Black Salt Black Salt
  • salt to style
  • Water as wanted

Instructions for Kamrakh (Starfruit) ki Sabzi (Vegetable Recipe)

  • Prepare the starfruit: Wash the starfruit completely. Trim off the sides and reduce into star-shaped items. Remove the seeds.
  • Roasting the spices: Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, fennel seeds and cumin seeds. Fry for a minute till aromatic.
  • Cook the onions: Add finely chopped onions to the pan. Saute till golden brown.
  • Add starfruit: Spread the fried onions evenly within the pan. Add the starfruit items.
