The players will undergo two training sessions a day. The first session will focus on strength and conditioning and the second will involve mobility, yoga and meditation. The emphasis of the second session is mental health. Given the prevailing circumstances, it is essential to keep the players mentally fit.”

After every group training session, there will be a break of 30 minutes during which the resistance bands will be sanitized and sent to the players’ rooms.”
