Sattu Paratha | Sattu ka Paratha, a well-liked Bihari-style roasted chana dal-stuffed Indian flatbread. Sattu Paratha Recipe with Step-by-Step.
Sattu Paratha is well-liked in the Indian states of Odisha and Bihar. Roasted gram flour, not chickpea flour, is combined with spices, herbs, and onions and stuffed in the paratha. This protein-rich paratha recipe can be eaten with an easy raita. When I inform my South Indian friends about sattu, they instantly ask whether it is sattu maavu. Sattu and sattu maavu aren’t identical.
Sattu is comprised of roasted complete gram dal. The dal accessible at Pori Kadalai has black pores and skin, which is combined with flour. It has many well-being advantages. Adding spices and onions to it makes it very tasty. You can pack it in your lunch box or make it for lunch or dinner.
